You may delete your MyGoalBook account and all associated data at any time using either of the methods described below. This page is publicly accessible so that you can request account deletion even if you no longer have access to the app.
The fastest way to delete your account: 1. Open the MyGoalBook app. 2. Go to the Settings tab. 3. Scroll down and tap “Delete Account.” 4. Confirm your decision when prompted. Your account and data will be deleted immediately upon confirmation.
If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion by email: 1. Send an email from your registered email address to support@ourodysea.com 2. Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request” 3. Include your account email address and confirmation that you wish to delete your account. We will verify your identity and process your request within 7 business days.
When you delete your account, we permanently remove the following data: • Your account profile and login credentials • All goals, goal steps, and goal reflections • All habits and habit completion records • All notes and saved reflections • All AI coaching conversations and messages • All calendar entries and progress data • Vision goals and linked records • Subscription and promo code records linked to your account
After account deletion, we may retain minimal technical data for a limited period: • Server access logs: retained for up to 90 days for security and fraud prevention. • Transaction receipts: may be retained for up to 7 years as required by financial regulations. After the applicable retention period, all remaining data is permanently purged. No personal content (goals, habits, notes, coaching history) is retained after deletion.
Deleting your MyGoalBook account does NOT automatically cancel your subscription. To avoid continued billing, you must cancel your subscription through the platform where you subscribed: • iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > MyGoalBook > Cancel Subscription • Android: Google Play > Menu > Subscriptions > MyGoalBook > Cancel Subscription • Web: Cancel through the Settings tab in the App before deleting your account If you have already been charged after deleting your account, contact the respective platform (Apple, Google, or Stripe) for a refund.
