How do I create a goal?

Tap the Goals tab, then use the + button to create a new goal. Choose a life category, add a title and description, set a target date, and add actionable steps. You can also ask the AI Coach to help you break down a goal into steps.

How does the AI Coach work?

The AI Coach is a thinking partner that knows your goals, habits, and progress. Tap the Coach tab to start a conversation. The coach can help you set goals, reflect on your week, overcome obstacles, and stay motivated.

How do I manage my subscription?

Your subscription is managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). To cancel or change your plan, go to your device's subscription settings. You can also view your subscription status in the app under Settings.

Can I use MyGoalBook on multiple devices?

Yes. Sign in with the same account on any device and your goals, habits, notes, and coach conversations will sync automatically.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion from the account deletion page. This will permanently remove all your data.

I found a bug. How do I report it?
